Every Thursday, Chef Sylvia & her culinary team will be creating delicious courses that pair with our featured beer, wine or spirits!
All events will include four courses & four paired beverages.
This week, Robert Rustico of Connecticut Distributors will be returning as we tour through the Folie a Deux Wine Collection. Chef Sylvia has paired these wines with Cocoa Dusted Salmon, Stonington Scallops & Handmade Braised Short Rib Pillow Ravioli!
