The SIP & SAVOR Dinner Series is back! Every Thursday, Chef Sylvia & her culinary team will be creating delicious courses that pair with our featured beer, wine or spirits! Choose your favorites or join us each Thursday for the entire SIP & SAVOR series!
All events will include four courses & four paired beverages!
This week, we will be featuring the wines of Southern France – pairing the selected wines with traditional Southern France fare. This is the first of a two part series – on December 8th, we will be returning to France to sample through the wines of Burgundy!
$45 per person, plus CT tax & 18% gratuity
